If you need to cancel a live Motiva AI message testing, Send Time AI, or Simple step, just:
login into the Motiva AI app,
navigate to the step in question
Press the "X" (cancel) button in the upper right hand corner of the screen
This will immediately stop the Motiva step from sending any additional emails.
