The Motiva AI Simple Email component can be used to send a single email to a population without breaking Frequency Management.
The email will be sent to all contacts as soon as possible while respecting Frequency Management. For any contacts that fail the Frequency Management check, Motiva will keep trying to send the email for a configurable number of days. (The default is 7 days.) After that period, the email will not be sent to that contact, and that contact will be returned to Eloqua in error status.
To configure the Motiva AI Simple Email step, first enter a name and select the email to send from your Eloqua asset library.
Next, choose if you want to restrict sends to certain days and hours:
You can then configure the Frequency Management settings, including the evaluation period for this email.
Finally, configure the Eloqua settings that will be passed through to Eloqua when sending the email.
Once you are finished with configuration, just save and activate your campaign.
