Once you've been running your Send Time AI steps, it's time to look at the reporting.

There are two types of reports to look at: Global and Individual.

The Global Send Time reports can be accessed by clicking on Send Time from the main screen in the Motiva app. This chart shows the current snapshot of all contacts emailed in the last twelve months or all contacts from the selected filter, updated monthly.

Individual Send Time reports appear in both STAI and Message Testing steps to show engagement rates for those individual steps.

These reports will show you at a glance when engagement is highest, based on the volume of sends and the unique open rate. It’s a quick and easy way to understand campaign performance.

Look for the above icons to appear for each hourly send time to get a sense of when your audience generally engages with your messaging. Large dark blue circles indicate both a high number of sends and a high level of engagement. Large circles with green or yellow coloring indicate high email send level with lower levels of engagement. Over time, as more data is collected and Motiva learns more about your audience's preferences, you should see fewer and fewer of these.

One thing to be aware of is that engagement data is tied to when the batches were sent, which is not always when the prospect actually engaged. Put another way, if a batch goes out at 3pm and your prospect engaged at 5pm, that engagement will be reflected in the 3pm batch.
